Nineteen moves.
Chapter one · the ordinary world
Born in the Amazon. Why I had to leave nineteen times.
I was born in Belém, Pará — the gateway to the Amazon, the city where the river meets the Atlantic. I have moved nineteen times. I have visited more than nineteen countries. I now live in Apex, North Carolina, about twenty minutes south of Raleigh.
That geography is not biography. It is operating context. Every move was a market — different rules, different buyers, different unit economics. The compounding is in the deltas, not the addresses.
I have been married for thirteen years, father of three — presbyter at Church of God in Garner, North Carolina, MBA from FGV.

Chapter two · the trials
Five ventures, zero outside investors.
I have built five scaled companies — Chatsac, ChurnDefense, isonew, FG Clínica, Manadarica — without raising a dollar. Fourteen years of operating, fourteen thousand-plus clients served, three hundred fifty automations shipped before ChatGPT had a public name.
In 2018, the operation I ran was recognized as the best sales operation in Brazil — judged against more than twenty-five hundred competitors. That award was useful because it shut up one specific question: whether the framework could win when the room is full of people who do this for a living.
Then I stopped consulting and started a SaaS. Chatsac shipped to three thousand-plus customers and compounded a ninety-three percent retention rate across three consecutive years of one hundred fifty percent year-over-year growth. The framework worked on the agency. It also worked on the product.

Chapter three · the return
The pattern, then the operating system.
The five companies were a single pattern repeating. Measure first. Resist the prescription until the data quality scorecard says yes. Reconcile every recommendation against the actuals, every quarter. Refuse to productize anything that has not survived a backtest.
The pattern had no name until it had a shape. SEOS — Scale Efficiency Operating System — is the shape. F0 foundation, F1 through F7 functions, V0 through V4 gates. The architecture is non-negotiable in its order, because the order is what makes it honest.
I run SEOS on my own companies first. Then I ship it. Not the other way around.
